As some of you have played CoD4 with our current ruleset/s (via PAM)

Is there anything that needs to be addressed, tweaked, added and/or removed ?

well ive seen people played a cup match ,and they quited the second map after 3-0 .cause they thaught its same as the cb rules!!! i thaught it whas all about winning the map and then with a draw 1-1 map win by all there will be a 3th map :)

No we are not like CB with our rules, Our CoD4 ruleset is HERE (http://www.clandle.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=999)

The scenario you explained to me last night. (how I understand it)

Clan 1 won 18 - 2 1st map
Clan 1 was winning 3 - 0 2nd map

But as Clan 1 now have 21 rounds (overall), Clan 2 could not win. based on overall score, so GG and left.

Although Clan 2 could have won 2nd map, giving them a map a each. This scenario would have gone to, points for and against.

Although Clan 2 left the final score could have gone 21 - 19 for Clan 1.

Me personally, I would have played on and made them earn their victory !


There will be a admin meeting next week to finalise rules and close any holes, firm up rules, maps and PB settings etc

As this is a fun cup we would expect a few teething problems.

Getting back onto topic, any likes or dislikes that we need to address to keep clans playing and/or encourage more to join ;)

Nothing was specified tbh.

2.4. Match General Settings

Knife slash for sides at start of the game

All matches to be played using the current pam version in pam_mode clandle or clandlehc (unless otherwise agreed)

All match servers are to be PsB streaming (NO Exceptions) using the CCoDL pb Files.


WAs and or CLs should agree before match, to which ruleset is going to be used.

CoD4 rules will be firmed up and re-confirmed (if needed) over the next week.

The cup is being played in normal mode not hardcore because hardcore rules were not ready and working when the cup started.

As far as I'm aware, yes. If enough interest, there will be both types and if loads of other gametypes are preffered I'd imagine the Boss will look at playing them.

There will definitely be hardcore once the season starts as we have now managed to get the hardcore rules working correctly :adore

[=T.W.D=] missed out on the start of the cup, but after putting the new pam 4 hardcore config on our server and playing some match's on it, we can definitely say, that its spot on for a match league config, and im sure that the admin team will fine tune the rules for the start of the league, making what i think the league to be in :beer:

So far it looks like HC only. We have rulesets for both stock and HC.

Cool got your rules running on our scrim server, nice to see there decent HC and not high health like some other leagues/ladders are.

I could not find a post regarding the upcoming Season 5.
So i put my post here..

Granade Launcher.. maybe its time to take that out of the HC league.
We have played 2 wars in Div2 where the other teams did not use it. And it was 2 matches that was alot better played from both teams.

The 1man claymore is pretty nice.. no word there..
