Pam 4, clandle ruleset

is there a z_clandlerules.iwd file to go with the new pam 3.1 beta as bulletworm has stripped out all the rule sets, and i would rather not download a pam thats been edited.

The rules will be updated again this week with a couple of minor changes before the start of the league next week. So please keep an eye on the forums for updates :)
