accepting mem?

hello 1 of my members has joined our clan but it seems that it wont let me accept him any ideas?, ive already gone into clan panel and clicked on accept but when i click on clan details it says N/A beside his name.

Seems a bit of a long winded name to me, but each to their own I suppose.

1 more question and it is a ? that has been probally answered many times. I have just registered my clan for the upcoming of season 14 and have to give my members info on what time and date we would be playing,as the season starts this Monday, maybe its in the fourms here but could you lead me to were i might find the answers or could you be kind enough to answer,

All the matches are arranged through the league part of the website.

When the season starts on Monday you will have an option on your left hand menu to arrange matches.

You will have one fixture per week and you will arrange with your opponent what day, time you wish to play each fixture.

Hopefully that answers the question for you but if you need anymore information please do not hesitate to ask
