Looks nice indeed :)
I use sli on 2 x 7600 cards (atm) I want the 8800 ultra cards x 2 (currently saving for it) Current config can go up to 250 fps (depends on map etc) 125 solid (driving cards hard atm via nvidia control panel)
I would recommend 1000w PSU if you could (better to be safe than sorry - imo)
At the end of the day down to budget and preferences

agree on the psu, better more then less, deffo when u do get SLI. and the rest of the list is idd looking good :)
Right now i have a asus nvidea 8800 GT with a intel dual core 3.0 and i already have 200 fps constant. u dont need SLI for that.
I recommend SLI for when ur doing alot of video editting etc, even with COD4 u wont notice that big a difrence with 1 or 2 vid cards. You better save urself that 2nd vidcard money and buy the bigger psu ;)
PS: <3 the mobo

XP32 only found 2.9gig of my 4 gig ram, so put xp64bit on , with no problems
I did try vista but either it wouldnt install or it wont install then as soon as rebooted it blue screened all the time
