This thread is just a quick guide to using this forum properly. In the event of your clan needing a match or a warm up to league matches, or even just to use it to arrange league or cup matches then this is the place to do it.
To start with you may want to put this kind of thread title:
25/01/08 PCW 8PM (Need Match)
then include in your thread the details of your match, like this
Date: Friday 25th January
Time: 8pm
Map: de_dust2
Server: 81.19.219.39:27015
Password: Please ask me on xfire for pw
Type: Pick Up PCW
Against: MODx
Contact Details: gumpster (xfire)
That has everything that needs to have. However if you are doing it for official business in the events of CCSSL run competitions, then you may want to change the type, and add a thread title:
Week 1 de_inferno & de_cpl_mill Waiting Division
