You can both play here Kenny and be in the same team as you well know. This is a different scenario and as such incomparable.

Given all the evidence that the admins have looked at they have concluded beyond a reasonable doubt that the person in question played the match last night and as such we need to take action.

It is not my aim or my wish to publically discredit anyone so I will not be posting the evidence that was considered.

aparently,it is not allowed to play on same computer in this legue,and deffo NOT allowed to have a brother that play in cmohl.

their so called evidence is " Its so convinient that u added ur brother when u cant play"

Last time i checked convenience aint proof,and i told them WHY he was added after i got banned,and can tell it again....

Under all my time in cmohl I have played regulary with team sweden so since my brother only played cmohl since like half year ago or something and he atm don´t have an own computer so when i don´t play wars he often play with AS on clanbase (ofc u can check his pimp id and see that i am telling the truth) so there were no point to add him to sweden team since he can´t play when i play DOH!

SO,we get a default loss cuz of my brother played the war ( wich both team NL and Billie agreed to prior to whe war,since i asked them )

They don´t have proof of nothing and still they consider that to be breaking rules.


So if u like me i would like to warn all of u that have brothers,sisters,son´s that play on ur computer,be aware,admins might think its convinient and u might get punished of a just now made up rule that its not allowed to let other use ur computer.

NONE of these rules were aplyed by cmohl admins,they WITHOUT any evdence ended the war @ mapchange.

NO they decided without proof that i don´t have a brother and end of story.

U can´t ban ppl just cuz,ah well i have no clue over what their motives are and NO actual evidence presented,think for urself....

I have talked to admins on msn after the war,any accusation they ( Mostly Spartan tbh who seems to have an grudge against me since the swe/uk war )aimed @ me i answered without an hesitation,and i explained quite logically to them what they asked for

I was made aware that you were playing a "new player". You omitted to tell me that it was your brother, had you done so then you would have been informed that under the circumstances he definitely could not play.

If you wish to quote rules at me then please read them first, paying particular attention to this part:

It is an admin's job to take action when rules are broken and I don't think anyone would think too highly of an admin that turned a blind eye. Once Fuppet and myself were made aware of a problem then action was taken.

There is no grudge from Spartan to any of Sweden team. It was Spartan himself that asked me to ban him halfway through the UK/Sverige match as he knew he had overstepped the mark with some of his comments.

The admins have reviewed all the evidence and concluded that we were correct with our original decision.

well,since this seems to be an NAZI organisation where people makes up the rules as they feel like it and make decisions based on convenience instead of proof i decide to NOT play in this legue anymoore,since i feel that it´s impossible to continue with admins that convict ppl without any actual proof.
