Need some help

Hi - I have installed the 1.3 rules set on our UK clan server, but each time I try to change to /pam_mode clandle I receive a message say that I need to download the clandle rule set. Finding that somewhat confusing to say the least, can someone explain what I obviously have done incorrectly?

Hi,

Are you sure you`re typing /rcon pam_mode clandle and not /pam_mode clandle

If so check you have the following files on your server in

/Mods/pam4/

z_svr_rules_clandle_v1.3.iwd
z_svr_pam401.iwd
mod.ff

I use HLSW so do not need to use /rcon. Yes I have all those files in the Pam folder. But still receive "Rule file not installed".

Have sorted it out, stopped and restarted the server twice, which has cured the problem. Don't know why the server needed starting twice, but at least it's cured the problem. Thanks.
