Apply to Admins also ??

This rule:

12. Abusive Behaviour & Conduct

We will not tolerate abusive behaviour in matches or on the forums, this includes but is not limited to, excessive spamming, repeated swearing, racial comments, personal attacks, or attacks of any kind on CMoHL and the admin team (this includes impersonating an admin). Punishment will be at the admin teams discretion up to a Permanent Ban for the most serious cases.

"(this includes impersonating an admin)" lmao with that one tbh .......... Thing is, I think i have a stalker Billie, could you pls put him in check.

:woot: It'll be nice n quiet now with Decks banned, the rest can get a word in:)

Seriously, it's a shame it's come to this and I hope sense will prevail and bans can be lifted with warnings instead?:cheers

I/We have given warning after warning after warning and sadly there had to come a time when a harder stance was taken or it would have probably got worse.

If you can, will you explain to me where there has been no sense shown? Have a little read on here on various threads and the Irish teams website and see if you are of the same opinion that we haven't been sensible.

Last night unfortunately was the last straw where these guys are concerned having been threatened and abused for long enough. In their eyes Clandle is nothing but a joke with idiots as admins, so I don't think it'll be causing too much upset now they can't play here.

what is said on the irish team website is not anything to do with a clandle admin in the first place fuppet because i am sure you talk about people from this site when you are not on here !!
next were do you get and i quote"" where these guys are concerned " who are you refering to here ????
everybody is entitled to an opinion maybe its not your opinion but hey we do live in a free world and are entitled to an opinion

I think you might find if you write in the public domain i.e. the open forum of a website untrue comments about people then it is classed as libel. For example if you wrote on there that my company sells products unfit for use, I could sue the owner of the website.

My question was in response to Gobsheen, he was hoping that some people would be unbanned, these are who I'm refferring to as "where these guys are concerned".

Feel free to post an opinion and I dont think any admin will have a problem with that. What we do have a problem with is when we give our opinions, abuse is thrown at us.

Match and Forum.

well ireland may not and i repeat MAY NOT be able to compete in the international league as we are already struggling to keep a team and banning a player does not help forum ban yes match ban cant see the point as this was not match related

Thank you for your much valued opinion.

Unfortunately we have a difference of opinion. If someone decides to abuse me and the Head Admin constantly despite warnings, and also slag off Clandle, then they leave me no option but to give a match ban.

but a match ban until 14/09 08 is a bit long isnt it ?????
i have seen far worse behaviour on this forum and bans nowhere near as long
it seems a little severe imho

Thank you once again for your much valued opinion.

I will review the ban during the course of this week and talk to fellow admins, but it's highly likely I'll want to permanently ban one or two.
