It doesn't appear to I have been following its developement since the beginning and none of the features on the website actually work. You have to download a piece of software to use but none of the download links are active (Not that I could see anyway). I attempted to contact the site admin and recieved no reply.

That was several months ago though so maybe things have changed but from a glance at the website it doesn't appear so.
