[BwS] members banned again!

Once again a [BwS] Member has been banned. Surly now this should be the end of them in this league? They knew full well they were holding previous banned players and now another has been banned. This league could do without idiots like these.

CMoHL seriously need to think about [BwS]'s further participation here. Its clear that they have been keeping banned players on, time and time again and i would not be suprised if they still are. The links i have given is just a mere few of bws's long list of banned players.

Spartan msn convo's are for msn unless concerning cmohl if this was concerning cmohl then why keep it to yourself?

The only problem is can you hold a whole clan to ransom for a few players ? If so then a lot of clans should be banned us included.

If however they know that there players are cheating then yes bann the whole clan but how to prove that they know is a major problem .:banghead

I posted this on the UFGL forums aswell. No more than 3 mins after, the website suddenly goes down and comes back up with the post missing? Cypher (bws clan leader) owns AGL who host UFGL, so only 1 conclusion can be made. He took down UFGL through desperation because of this.

Obviously he cannot delete it here but it just goes to show that he knows what hes done and now he cant face the music.

5) Phoenix was linked, u allowed him back in even though the ban was there and he was again banned several times after that and yet u still allowed him to stay Neutral

6) U admit danny was banned through hacks, so why didnt you say goodbye then? And not take him back on with serveral other accounts which get ur own members linked? I wonder why they were linked?

7) Yes u are right, i do hate bws but thats got nothing to do with the fact that u ARE allowing and hiding other hackers / dmw banned players in your clan? If ur going to do that, dont waste other clans time who wish to have fun on mohaa. Ur clan is a perfect example of why the mohaa community is becoming more and more political.

What are the admins going to do with this clan? They are a waste of space. They are not needed in this league, or any other league for that matter.

Firstly, we do not encourage public slating of any clan. If you have a problem with a clan then your first point of call should be an admin.

Secondly, not all of the BWS players you have listed are registered at CMoHL.

Thirdly, we do not punish a clan for having a player caught cheating and banned. The reason being, no matter how vigilant any of us are it could happen to any clan at anytime.

However, if the admins have evidence of a clan knowingly allowing banned players back into their clan and then playing alongside them at CMoHL, we will take action against the players involved. If this should involve the clan leader then a more serious view of the action is taken and the possibility of removal from CMoHL.

The admins are aware of what is going on and are continually tracking players and their movements. As soon as admins have evidence of any wrong doing then appropriate action will be taken by the admins.

If anyone has any evidence that players are knowingly allowing banned players back into their clan then please pass this information onto an admin so that the matter can be dealt with.
