CSS - New Admin

Today we are happy to announce that we have a new admin on the block for dealing with New clans who want to be entered into the league. Marvin, will be happy to look through all new clans who join the league, he will enforce the irc channel activeness, clan profiles/rosters, and also websites, in which he will check if you have viable contact details/steam ids on your websites etc.

Marvin will also double up as a Match Night Admin when needed.
