Over riding rule of Clandle
We want to have fun and honest wars. If both sides agreed to change round length or anything else, then that is fine as long as both agree (if no one can agree, Clandle match settings must be used). We consider Clandle to be fun wars with structure.
Be fair, polite and treat players and clans with respect. Abuse that causes bad feeling will be removed (from forums) and the individual/s will be warned. Failure to comply / act differently, will result in further action being taken (including removal).
Remember: play fair and have fun.

1 Introduction
Welcome to the Community Call of Duty League brought to you in association with Game-serve Servers http://www.game-serve.co.uk/. (http://www.game-serve.co.uk/)
A league made and run by the community for the community.
1.1 League Format
The league comprises of, a set number of divisions (based on current clan participation for current season). There is also an open division (where all NEW clans to Clandle will be placed). The open division is open to any clan who wishes to enter and has no date limitations. The open division is seen as an area to prove your skills and stability to the admin team, to allow a fair placement in the next season.
The divisions contain 8 teams (number can vary) with all places decided by the admin team. Decisions are made upon previous Clandle seasons along with other common leagues & ladder placements. If you feel that you have been placed in a division, which is unsuitable, then please speak to an admin about it. It will be discussed between the admin team and you may be moved accordingly.
One match shall be played per week dictated by the generated fixtures. The match should only be played in that week and may not be played in advance. If for some reason the match cannot be played in that week there will be 2 further weeks at the end of the season allocated to facilitate the matches to be caught up.
If after 2 weeks these matches have not been caught up a default win will be entered in favour of the most active clan trying to arrange the match, or both teams score 0 points. A penalty of 1 point may be imposed at the discretion of the admin.
If a clan leaves the league during the season then default wins will be awarded to all teams who have played them. Default wins will be awarded to teams yet to play them in the week in which the match was due to be played. The clan that leaves the league for whatever reason will be immediately removed and may not enter the next season league.
1.2 Match Dates
Match weeks run from, Monday to Sunday. (7 days = 1 week)
Match weeks will run for 7 weeks (or based on initial map rotation), with an additional 2 for catch up matches. (9 weeks total - or initial map rotation plus 2 weeks)
Any matches played outside of the last official date, in the 2 week catch up. Will NOT be included in final results.
1.3 Admin Contacts
Forums are the best place to contact an admin for any issues. (or see the admin roster on the website for contact details)
2.0 Before the Game
Before any wars commences please take a Rcon screenshot of PB GUIDS (\rcon pb_sv_plist & then \screenshot ) to offer the opposition, should it be requested.
At this point Clan Leaders Deputy Clan Leaders or War Arrangers have 5 minutes to check PB GUIDS. Failure to check BEFORE the war starts, for ANY DISCREPANCIES, means final result will stand. (No exceptions)
If a player is found to have no, or an incorrect PB_GUID entered, that player MUST LEAVE the game. A substitute can be used, if done within 2 minutes. If no substitute can be found, team will play 1 person short.
A Replacement player (outside of 2 minutes) can only join game at end of 1st half of 1st map, or at the beginning of the next, half or map.
2.1 Clans
It is the clan leaders responsibility, to ensure that all players are aware of, and abide by the rules. Ignorance will not be accepted as a viable excuse for non-compliance.
Clan leaders should make sure that all of their players are registered on the team, with correct contact details. (this includes PB GUIDs)
A player, who is on the Clandle ban list, is not allowed to play in Clandle. If a player is found to have played a game (whilst on the ban list) will have a default loss recorded against their team. A penalty of 5 points will also be deducted from the teams points.
2.2 Players
Players are responsible for ensuring their settings are within the acceptable limit for the competition.
If a player is disconnected from the server due to PC crash or line drop they are allowed to re-enter the server immediately providing they join the correct team within a reasonable time (10 seconds or connection to server time). Failure to join the correct team in the allotted time allows the opposing team to kick the offending player from the server.
Demos must be recorded for the whole of the match (preferably a new demo for each half)
The command to record a demo is simply: /record. This will automatically name the demo for you. After the match it is wise to rename the demo to something familiar so that in the case of conflicts, it is easy to recognise which demo you need to submit. Please use the following naming convention: CLAN1vsCLAN2 Upon request of demos from your divisional admin, please forward them in zip format.
Players must be on the team roster and have their PB GUID present in the database for the minimum of 24 hours before any game. Failure to comply will result in a default loss. Exception: if opposing team agrees to play a newly registered player, a screenshot detailing this must be provided. Failure to provide information when requested will result in a default loss.
2.3 Match Server Decision
Matches should be played on a neutral server. Both clans should agree in advance the server(s) on which the game should be played. If the difference in average pings between the 2 servers is 50 or greater then the server is not a neutral server (If a server cannot be found please contact your div admin who may be able to supply a server).
If a server cannot be agreed, or both clans suffer equal disadvantage on each others servers, one map will be played on each server. Clan1 map1 clan1server / clan2 map2 clan2server (50/50 split)
2.4. Match General Settings
All files can be found in the download section HERE (http://www.clandle.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=cat&id=4)
All matches to be played using the current pam version in pam_mode Clandle or clandlehc (unless otherwise agreed - Must be done in challenge notes)

2.7 Match Arranging
Only the Clan Leader and Joint Clan Leader can arrange matches. This is done from the main page and the control panel on the left hand side of the screen, by selecting "Arrange Matches" from the menu. Matches should only be arranged for the week in which they are scheduled to take place and not before. If a match cannot be played then it should be done in either of the 2 catch up weeks at the end of the season.
2.8 Match Rules
The match is played on the chosen server(s) over the 2 maps dictated for that week. Each side of each map is to be played by both teams.
Only valid Clandle players are allowed to play in matches for their registered clan (further definition above). Any player not matching in either name (some leeway allowed) or GUID will be regarded as a freelancer and a default win awarded to the opposing team.
If a player voluntarily leaves the game during the match then that player is not allowed to re-enter the game until the end of that map, unless the opposing team agrees to allow the player in. If the player attempts to rejoin mid round then all rounds (and part thereof) in which that player is not in the correct team are awarded to the opposing team.
If the player involuntarily drops then the player is allowed to rejoin immediately without such a penalty but must join their team in a reasonable time (10 seconds) otherwise the round is awarded to the opposing team. The opposing team is under no obligation to wait for the remaining player to return, although is at their discretion.
Abuse of bugs will result in a default loss for the team making use of them deliberately (see below)
2.9 Wildcards
If a team encounters some unforeseen circumstances they are able to pull out of a pre-arranged match by using their wildcard. Each team has ONE wildcard for each season, which they can use at their discretion. As much notification should be given as possible and the divisional admin informed of such an occurrence, so that the wildcard can be removed from that team.
If only a delay, to match start time is requested it may not be necessary to use a wildcard providing the team agree to a delayed start time. Note the match must be played on the same day. If the opposing clan refuses the later time then a wildcard must be used or a default loss will be awarded.
3. 0 During The Game
During the game all Clandle rules must be observed.
3.1 Bug Abuse
It is not permitted to abuse unintentional bugs within the game/maps. This means that players are not permitted to leave the intended playing surface of the map i.e. jumping out of the map. Any bugs not mentioned which would be regarded as bad sportsmanship are not permitted.
Player stacking is not permitted to gain access to unconventional areas or to allow a player to leave the intended playing surface. Stacking is permitted to look/shoot over objects if it can be achieved or to obtain access to an area, which can be entered by another means.
3.2 Player Attitude
Players are reminded that Clandle is a league based of fair play and in good spirit. Any player who continually abuses other teams/team members or Admins will face sanctions. For an individual play it may be removal from Clandle. If multiple members of any team are involved then the clan may be removed from Clandle and prevented from joining the subsequent season with the players banned from participating in Clandle.
4.0 After the Game
Thank your opponent (even if you've been beaten or you win) true sportsmanship.
4.1 Entering & Accepting Results
After the match the result should be entered by a Clan Leader or Co-Leader using the system on the left of the main page. If there is a conflict then please advise the divisional admin within 24 hours. Do not enter or accept the score.
If a result is entered and is not accepted then an admin may force the result after 3 days regardless if the result is correct or not. Remember it is your responsibility to ensure your results are entered and accepted in a reasonable time frame.
4.2 Cheating & Anti-Cheating
Punkbuster must be used for all matches. All players are also required to record a demo in each match and these demos must be saved until the match result is confirmed by both clans.
A player MUST on request from an admin submit their demo to the divisional admin for checking. Whilst COD4 has the PB anti-cheat, admins, still reserve the right to randomly ask for a demo to view at anytime from any clan or any player.
Admins can request to, observe any division / league match. Refusal to allow an admin to spec your game when requested will result in a default loss.
Any player banned by another Community-League i.e. CMoHL or CCSSL will not be welcome to play at CCoDL / Clandle. Bans imposed by Punksbusted - Game Violations - PBBans means you cannot play at clandle. Random PB GUID checks are done across all 3 anti cheat sites. Anyone found banned will be removed from clandle. New CD Keys / Guids are not accepted.
However the admins can overturn this decision if the ban was for a minor offence.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.0 SD Guide, Maps & Rules
Please read the General Clandle rules for a variety of information including player
& clan behaviour.
About Clandle Games, we run our divisions like a mini football season.
Each clan will play all the teams in their division once.
Each week 2 maps are chosen so it is pure luck what team you play on what map.
Each map played carries 3 points for a win and 1 point for a draw.
Rounds won & conceded are scored like Goal Difference. In the event of a tie in points, point difference (for and against) will be the deciding factor.
Guide
Playing more than one game type : Due to the current way Clandle is coded
your clan can play in more than one competition but cannot register the same
registered team.
i.e. if clan bonus want's to play in the CTF & the SD leagues they need to
register two teams on the site Bonus & Bonus-CTF.
their players need only join one of these teams, although the leaders will need
to join both in order to arrange fixtures for both. To help your opponents find
your playing roster for the 2nd team simply put a link to where you Players
are registered.
We apologise for this awkward system and are working to resolve it for future
seasons.
Challenging and arranging servers:
Clan Leaders or Deputy Clan Leaders can only make War challenges.
It is advisable to contact a clan on msn / xfire / clan forums or email to help the challenge process run smoothly. Once a challenge is accepted and the challenger has confirmed it is then set unless a clan has a problem in which case they should to speak to their opponents and the Division Admin.
Arranging the match and server on the day should be done in person, although sending an email to the clan leader is a good start, both clans should make sure to contact and establish communication with their opponents through msn, xfire or IRC - we do not like to see a leader saying we emailed them and they didn't show. In the spirit of fair play & how Clandle should be played contact your opponent, we all know that problems and unforeseen circumstances happen.
In short be sporting to your opponent and if in doubt contact an admin.

Only stock maps are played currently. (No Exceptions)
